DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ANYWHERE WITHIN INDIA)

DESI ALMAREE delivers its products with utmost care and safety to you via Fedex, Delhivery, Aramex or other courier delivery services depending on the shipping address.

Production time (for Blouses) - 7 days.
Delivery timeline - 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping cost - Free within India

Note: Please bear in mind that delivery to certain remote or unaccessible locations require a surchage to be paid which is demanded by carriers. If in case the delivery location listed by you lies within these areas, we will inform you beforehand about the same.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE INDIA)

Shopping for your chosen DESI ALMAREE products internationally is easy and is carried out via Shiprocket courier services, mainly through DHL.

Delivery charges - will be calculated at the time of checkout
Delivery timeline - Approximately 15-30 working days.

Note:

  1. The above charges are inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharge and include customs clearance charges at India.
  2. The shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed.
  3. Our shipments are handed door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
  4. The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - DUTIES AND TAXES

  1. International shipments sometimes attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.
  2. DESI ALMAREE shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of god, terrorism, riots, etc.

GENERAL DELIVERY DO NOT’S

  1. We do not deliver to any remote locations that are not covered by our courier partners.
  2. We do not carry out any deliveries on Sundays & public holidays.
